Vendor Information

Vendor registration for the 2024 festival is now open! We are always looking for new vendors to help us create a fun festival atmosphere. Whether you’re an artist looking to showcase your latest paintings, or a food vendor ready to unveil your gourmet creations, we want you! Sponsorships will also be accepted for 2024. General Vendor Information

Vendor registration is available in the following categories:

  • Baldwin Vendor Registration: This option is ONLY for businesses PHYSICALLY located in Baldwin, NY. If your business is located outside of Baldwin, regardless of where you live, please select the Non-Baldwin Business Registration option. Our reduced fee for Baldwin-based vendors helps support the mission of the Community Coalition of Baldwin (the host of the Grand Baldwin Festival).

  • Non-Baldwin Vendor Registration: This option is for businesses PHYSICALLY located outside of Baldwin, NY, regardless of where you live.

  • Non-Profit Vendor Registration: This option is only for non-profit organizations such as 501 (c) 3 charitable organizations.

If you wish to attend with more than one vendor, EACH vendor must submit a separate vendor registration. Please indicate on your registration form if you wish to be placed next to another vendor.

All vendor booth number assignments will be provided *approximately* one week before the festival.

NOTICE TO FOOD VENDORS:

A "Temporary Food Service Vendor Permit Application" must be filed with the Nassau County Department of Health (NCDOH), AT LEAST THREE (3) FULL BUSINESS DAYS prior to the event (no later than Tuesday, 10/1/24). Please consult the following resources from the NCDOH:

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds will be considered up until 30 days BEFORE the event. Otherwise, there will be NO REFUNDS. If you do not show up for the event, your fee will not be refunded. If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds or accommodations will be made.


Restricted Items

In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items will not be allowed at the Festival. Additionally vendors are asked not to advertise/display any photographs, replicas, etc. of these items as available for sale:

  • Weapons (knives, guns, BB guns, etc.

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Tobacco, vaping, and smoking paraphernalia

  • Stink bombs, smoke bombs, fireworks, or any other hazardous items
