Non-Baldwin-Based Food Truck 2024 Vendor Registration

**This option is for food truck businesses with a business address located outside of Baldwin, NY, regardless of where you live.**
Registration will give you a parking space area of up to a MAXIMUM of 9 feet by 20 feet. It is important that you notify us of your truck dimensions upon registration to ensure your truck will fit. Please email baldwinfestival@gmail.com should you have questions about space dimensions. You will also need to provide your own tables, tents, display structures, and chairs, should you need any.
Funds raised from vendor registration and sponsorship fees will support community-building projects and events in Baldwin, as well as scholarships to Baldwin students that give back to the community.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is an apolitical event. In accordance with the sponsors’ non-profit status, no political activity will be permitted at the Festival, including sponsorships or vendor booths operated by political organizations or campaigns.
Restricted Items
In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items will not be allowed at the Festival. Additionally, vendors are asked not to advertise/display any photographs, replicas, etc. of these items as available for sale:
Weapons (knives, guns, BB guns, etc.
Alcoholic beverages
Tobacco, vaping, and smoking paraphernalia
Stink bombs, smoke bombs, fireworks, or any other hazardous items
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds will be considered up until 30 days BEFORE the event. Otherwise, there will be NO REFUNDS. If you do not show up for the event, your fee will not be refunded. If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds or accommodations will be made.
Cleanup Instructions
All vendors will be responsible for cleaning up their spaces before leaving. Trash receptacles will be available throughout the festival area.
