Your Sponsorship will help to fund scholarships and community-building projects in Baldwin. Included with sponsorship:
Opportunity to set up your own table in a 10 x 10-foot area to distribute information/giveaways to participants, display your items and/or services. You will need to provide your own tables, tents, display structures, and chairs.
Company may place banners (up to two) at the event. Banners must be provided to the Festival organizers for review and approval one week prior to the event.
Recognition on event social media pages.
Recognition announced throughout the event.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is an apolitical event. In accordance with the sponsors’ non-profit status, no political activity will be permitted at the Festival, including sponsorships or vendor booths operated by political organizations or campaigns.
Restricted Items
In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items will not be allowed at the Festival. Additionally vendors are asked not to advertise/display any photographs, replicas, etc. of these items as available for sale:
Weapons (knives, guns, BB guns, etc.
Alcoholic beverages
Tobacco, vaping, and smoking paraphernalia
Stink bombs, smoke bombs, fireworks, or any other hazardous items
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds will be considered up until 30 days BEFORE the event. Otherwise, there will be NO REFUNDS. If you do not show up for the event, your fee will not be refunded. If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds or accommodations will be made.
Cleanup Instructions
All vendors will be responsible for cleaning up their spaces before leaving. Trash receptacles will be available throughout the festival area.
